AFFILIATION for TOURIST ACTIVITIES

WHY IS IT CONVENIENT AND HELPFUL TO BECOME ABCOnlus AFFILIATE?
Because the Affiliate can:
1    Promote its own reality into a vertical system, recognized by all major national cultural institutions, having more than 130,000 registered users among blogs and ABCOnlus official websites.
2    Make web marketing by including each individual editorial content into the RSS system connected with ABCOnlus web system.
3    Constantly monitor the users' appreciation of its own structure through the comments and "feed" on ABCOnlus web system.
4    Get on-line visibility and promote the visit of its structure through promotional web activities.
5    Include its own structure in the tourist circuit promoted by ABCO and in particular in the alternative cultural routes created by ABCO.



SERVICES OFFERED TO THE AFFILIATE

1- The Affiliate can publish its data on the News, Articles and Editorial Boards sections in ABCOnlus www.beniculturalionline.it national web site which counts more than 46,000 visitors per day.

2- The affiliate can create its own Company Sheet (equal to a value of EUR 60.00/year) and publish an unlimited number of cultural tourist articles free of charge in ABCOnlus www.cultural-hub.com international web site.

3- The Affiliate can publish its own Company Sheet and insert its own banner in the special Affiliates section in www.culturalword.com web site.

4- ABCOnlus will publish up to a maximum of n° 12 articles and/or cultural tourist news created by the Affiliate on the home page of ABCOnlus www.beniculturalionline.it website for a period of 10 days per content per year.

5- The Affiliate will be mentioned in the editorial boards that ABCOnlus will periodically publish on www.cultural-hub.com international web site and also send to the international tour operators database as promotion of ABCOnlus own tour packages.

6- ABConlus will include the Affiliateís tourist structure into n° 2 tour packages especially created to encourage the tourist flow in the area where the Affiliateís structure is located.

DUTIES OF THE AFFILIATE
- Offer its services and/or products to ABCOnlus Members granting them special conditions (to be clearly listed in the affiliation form).
- Be at disposal for co-branding activities for the promotion of mutual services and/or products.
- Contribute to the promotion of the cultural heritage in its territory through cultural and tourist initiatives to be extended to ABCOnlus users.
- Comply with the Rules of Practice and the Rules of Content Publishing to be found in each site and blog of the entire ABCOnlus system.



HOW TO JOIN?
You can choose between the following options:
OPTION A: the Applicant shall pay ABCOnlus with an annual fee in money equal to Eur 1.200,00 as refund for the services provided, as shown in the table under MEMBERSHIP - Annual Fee;

OPTION B: the Applicant shall recognize ABCOnlus a fixed annual refund in money equal to Eur 300,00 + a part in "barterî equal to Eur 900,00 / year (see form).

HOW TO ENABLE
To start the affiliation process is necessary to accurately and fully fill in the form in its entirety.
When signing the form, it is agreed upon to abide by the Rules of Conduct.
The officer / president of the applying Hotel / Village / Tourist Structure / Restaurant / etc. shall:
1) Download the Affiliation Form in PDF >
2) Fill in the form by every details, date and sign it;
3) Log in Paypal.com;
4) Pay the membership fee according to the selected option (see form).

Only after the ratification by ABCOnlus Management, will the Affiliation be valid: ABCOnlus will promptly send the Applicant the Declaration of Membership together with its exclusive code.

All activities that have ties to Institutional Bodies have to submit the Declaration of Membership of ABCOnlus to their own Authorities.
